We are looking for some very special Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our family in providing superior non-medical, in-home care to our senior clients.

We are extremely selective. Only individuals of the highest caliber, with impeccable references, qualify as Advantage Private Home Care employees. All employees are insured. They must demonstrate a genuine concern and respect for seniors, and we run a multi-state criminal and motor vehicle background check on every person we hire. Our staff receives the most comprehensive training in the industry.

Advantage Private Home Care CNAs are required to keep their GA State certification, TB test, first aid, and CPR current, as well as participate in eight hours of in-service training annually.

Hours will be flexible depending on your schedule. You provide one-on-one patient care. Our clients require a minimum of 4 hours of service each time we assist, and many families have us for 8-12 hour shifts. We will do our best to provide you as many hours a week as you would like, whether it be with one client or more.

CNAs must be active and cleared through the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry. You must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and an insured, reliable automobile. We cannot hire anyone who has a criminal record, a history of drug or alcohol abuse or carries a communicable disease such as Tuberculosis. Prior to hiring caregivers, Essentials Home Care conducts extensive fingerprint background checks and professional job reference checks on applicants receiving consideration.
